How do I reserve a room?

Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email. You can also fill out the enquiry form and we will respond promptly.

What is your check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is 2:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM. Early/late options depend on availability.

Do you allow extra guests?

Base occupancy is 1 guest, up to 2 with an additional fee. Contact reception.

What amenities are included?

Breakfast, WiFi, AC, TV, housekeeping, and 24/7 reception.

Payments & Policies

How is payment done?

Offline via cash, M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card at check-in.

Do you require a deposit?

Conference bookings typically need a 50% deposit; room deposits depend on stay length.

Cancellation policy?

48+ hours before check-in: full refund. Within 48 hours: one-night charge.
